Its a good question that even they dealt in their time. From what Ive read on many of the founding fathers they meant this country and the constitution to be based on the God of creation (Jesus) his principles found in the Bible and for the people to live by it . Thats whats needed for the country not to fail . I Believe thats the reason the schools dont go too deep on them because the education system is Marxist .
