Nothing. This has always been the way. You've just been duped your entire life by the same people trying to dupe you now. W. era Republicans were never the 'new puritans'. Expecting monogamy was not the same as trying to erase sex. They just wanted you to believe it was. Just because W. was in charge of the HSA doesn't mean the boots on the ground Republicans ever supported it as an idea.
