Science is the opposing side of religion. Left vs right.. It is coded, the truth is hidden within it. Common sense, logic and experiments have been replaced with mathematical equations.
Einstein did a number on humanity.
There's holes in both the flat Earth and spherical Earth. The illusion of choice. I've seen concave, hollow and crater Earth theories, I need to keep digging and learning. Something is missing.
Or as another "what if". What if our physical reality is LITERALLY shaped by our consensus view of it? What if back when the general populous thought the world was flat (no dig on flat earthers here) the earth was actually flat, and as we evolved to see the world as round it BECAME round as a result of our collective belief in it. What if physical reality is actually a constantly changing thing that depends upon our perception of it in order to be perceived at all.
So in other words. If there is no consciousness to experience "that which is" then "that which is" wouldn't fundamentally exist, as there is no conscious basis for establishing its concrete existence. Thusly, if consciousness is fundamentally what brings "reality" into existence, is it proper to think that perhaps consciousness is what shapes the very nature of "reality" itself?
I started with flat earth back in HS. Moved onto hollow/cavernous earth. I’m currently at prison planet earth. Until the next piece of the puzzle reveals itself to me
