It's negative for parasites you probably have small intestine bacteria overgrowth due to that clarithromycin. Take probiotics.

ive never specifically taken clarithromycin. wondering if other meds could give a false-positive.
i might have taken an antibiotic in 2020.
Artificial sweeteners in soda can also have an antibiotic effect if you drink them. Acelsulfame potassium is in Coke Zero for example :
