Chinese property developer Fantasia Holdings Group Co Ltd said on Monday it had failed to repay $206 million in debts due on October 4, the latest sign of distress and liquidity issues in China’s property sector.

300+ chinese real estate firms have collapsed so far this year.

its more than evergrande. its quite possible the entire chinese housing market.

company named "jumbo fortune" now stating evergrande missed a large bond coupon payment to them, too!

apparently, this debt was NOT on evergrandes books! this is biggly. what else is not on their books?!

apparently part 2, Fantasia's debt was also hidden & not on their books.
