Shit. I hate to be a negative Nancy, but the last country that I remember that wanted to liquidate their central bank was Libya... and we all know that caused ol' Gaddafi to kick his air addiction and receive a bayonet enema. 😬😬😬 Hope our "leaders" here in the U.S. dont all of a sudden need the resources in South Africa. Wouldn't wanna export any of that "freedom" to Them. Just sayin.
