• Oxford Nanopore full-genome (non-PCR, non-RT) full-molecule sequencing of the WHOLE mRNA (including 5'-UTR, 3'-UTR, sig, repeats, Cap and Poly(A) (with PacBio sequence for nice Hi-fi read comparison)

It's NOT rocket science, but it requires access to multimilliondollar equipment, something us plebs don't have. Thousands of people all over the world have daily access to these instruments.
