I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, genuinely curious. I know we fortify breads with stuff to prevent birth defects, and those numbers look good. We also irratiate meats to kill bacteria (shit from Mexican pork and whatnot), but what are you referring to here? Is there another instance that I'm completely ignorant about regarding food tampering?
