Even when describing an imaginary world where their policies have been implemented and are successful I can't understand how or what the benefit is or what changed. i cant even really argue any of it because even after listening to it 3 times I don't understand what they fixed or how other than it seems like libraries are OK. Which is nice I guess. And judging from her appearance the ice capades is still a thing or potentially she is mentally retarded or batshit insane or is on the Super stylings of the new compulsive pharmaceutical thanks to Big Pharma that makes any of this make sense even a little.
