I suppose a big problem in introducing nanotech into a human is that you can't install batteries. So there has to be a way to extract electrical power from the host. That could be done in electrochemical ways where a chemical reaction may use oxygen and fuel in blood to generate an electrical potential. Here, one could make energy harvesters at a micro scale.
LOL look what Google just did....if you search Patent 060606 they are now promoting a 2020 music album titled "Patent 060606". That wasn't there a few minutes ago.
During the last decade, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have been verified to effectively convert daily mechanical energy into useful electric power. Not only natural energy such as rain or wind but also everyday body motion such as hand touching or walking can serve as a mechanical energy source for triboelectrification. In TENG devices, charges are separated on the contact surfaces, and an electrical potential is generated between the surfaces. The alternating potential resulting from the dynamic mechanical motions can be stored in a storage unit or can be used for powering electric devices.
I recall Apple talking about how your body will power the next generation devices. Maybe with wearables but you can see where this is headed.

They ain't called clot shots for no reason. Myocarditis energy.
