You should be happy that crypto exist and provides a digital decentralized alternative, with market value that both goes up and down instead of just down while the government steal your wealth through inflation.

The fact that miners can keep nuclear power plants alive is a very good thing. Otherwise you'll end up like the European continent, "but nuclear isn't needed, close it down REEE", only to realize few years later that you need a shitload of energy, at which point you'd already shut down all the nuclear power plants and realize you have to build new ones, which takes years. Meanwhile you'll pay insane amounts of money for your energy from the grid, possibly so much that it's more profitable to just have your own diesel generator.
