If Australia is priming for war, it would make sense then why Australia government is stirring their people crazy. Get them psychologically disturbed, then turn them to killers. They'll blame their authoritarian bs on China, saying they did what they did because COVID. Even though it looks like covid was a CCP military op.

If that's the goal, it will backfire, people will remember how their own government treated them and refuse to fight, or rebel.
