germany has a neat lil trickeroo to avoid high unemployment statistics. especially the millions of inva... refugees here are about 80% unemployed.

so they put them into state funded integration programs like german courses, german culture workshops and so on and count them as employed, because they are not accessible for the labor market (similar to university students here). while they are occupied in these statefunded programs they also get some free gibs from mama merkel and the german state of course.
