The poster usually says this was the real video that got leaked, and the versions with the planes have been edited. I believe is a dis-info campaign, to discredit those who question the impossible physics of the planes, and re-enforce the now thoroughly debunked and discredited idea from September Clues that all the videos with planes have been edited.
There is also a similar misinfo gif of charges exploding in WTC7 - again, edited in and portrayed as rare leaked footage.
The fake shake of the image on the left is a classic trick to hide bad editing. The real video is the more stable shot on the right with the "plane", whatever it is.
You can literally watch and listen to people reacting to the plane before it hit.
The only shred of credibility there is to no planes is Clifton Cloud’s footage. You can see the plane come in and hit the tower, and hear it. But Clifton calls a friend and said there was no plane, did he not see it watching through the video camera eye piece, or was it not there? The fact that they would have to edit 100’s of videos to show a plane without the original film getting out to the public is borderline ludacris in my opinion, a task as hard as pulling off 9/11 itself.
