I wish they would do that here. I just got back from taking my kitten to the vet. They required the flu vax for him for his neuter. I argued as best I could but I'm just not good at fighting and I'd already driven an hour up there. They already had him in the back. I even lied and said he already had it... Oh then we will give him a booster. It's required for his neuter. Really? Mandates on me I can at least attempt a religious exemption. My poor kitty can't. So frustrated.
