In May and into June....there was 6 weeks of heavy Gitmo activity. Tied to Opa Locka and Ft Lauderdale. Gitmo isn't the only one either - there are more of these prisons. See Monkeywerx YT channel - linked above.
Schiff was just trying really hard this past month to get everyone to agree to close it. Cuz, you know. He doesn't want to end his days there. No worries though: there are 3 other prepared facilities and there's always black sites.
