Yes, and their agenda is officially 2020-2030. They have till 2030 to have their dystopia in full effect. Step by step, removing freedom with ever more degenerate ideas like the unnecessary gene therapy. And on 2030, people will, with their own "free will", behave like slaves (see vaxx pass for exemple).
