Can you demonstrate an instance where a building was condemned and consequently the land was taken by the state.
Without looking up such an instance, no not really. But, I have read about pieces of shit condemning peoples houses that had nothing wrong with them and instituting eminent domain where they steal the land. Oh, they may pay the going rate price to the owner, but it's the same as if you take your neighbor's car against his will but you paid him fair market value. You're still committing theft.

Condemnation is a legal term that is not just "a property rendered uninhabitable" which was the meaning I was using, but is the legal process by which eminent domain can be instigated.
The US has different laws, here in the UK Condemnation is an order to repair or demolish.
Slightly different legal definitions I guess, but the end result is they can take your shit and destroy it and build something new on it and there's not a ton we can do about it.

It's an interesting theory. I was thinking about some of that myself. One of the things we do know is that the Israeli military came to here with their military suits touring the place for seemingly no reason. They have free cash and control of the US government, so why wouldn't they figure out something like being able to take the property in one way or another? Even if they don't get that property specifically under a regular cash offer, they can set up some government building or use it as an excuse to start inspecting buildings and force the owners to sell.
The last part was something that happened in Breaking Bad. They convinced the owner of the car wash they wanted for money laundering that his car wash was inoperable unless he paid a large amount to fix his systems and that scared him into selling it.

What's to say the jews don't just go to residential buildings in the area and tell the owners that they all failed their inspections while having another group offer to buy the "condemned" buildings for a lower price and fill it with third worlders using rent guaranteed by the fascist government?
