Nurses and doctors have been ordered to keep quiet about why people are in the hospitals.

Source: A nurse told me she was ordered not to tell anyone they were full of vaxxed covid sickies at a hospital my dad needed a bed in about 2 months ago. She confided to me that exact literal thing.
