Yes and no. Climate change pandemic is fraud. EVs won't fix the weather. But they will factually make it worse. Cannot drive an EV in extreme weather, now the weather is worse. There is no solution to climate change. None nadda zilch. Just a dumb greedy species exploiting demand and selling crap. Ewaste has caused climate change. The rate at which electronics are thrown out and replaced for the next model has caused climate change. To top it off the population while rigged into computers baby monitoring them for even more profit off connected services has expanded rapidly. Where national populations have doubled and tripled or they have gained their most population from all the increasing movement and bullshit services expanding the most in all of history in the last few decades. This has caused your climate change. Nothing else. Greedy stupid corporate greed. It makes factories in the third world cheaper, causing population booms, overnight, then it floods the national population full of immigrants. As it faster deforests for agriculture and resources and infrastructure. Whoosh climate change. But these assholes simply want even more profit, so they sell crap. If you get billions of people driving EVs how much more money do you make if you rig them all, driving it. Trillions and trillions, because now they need the energy and infrastructure. You have rigged the market. Combined into all the other electronics needed. Although you have created less sustainability. Most people could mechanic. Parts can even be built, or duct taped. But who can make or fix EVs. Cheaper to replace it. More and more automation. Less and less sustainability. Meanwhile the services simply expand making you more and more reliant on the Corp.

What this pandemic is about are a lot of things. Including population control. Cities full of dumb niggers aren't flying future cars. There is no future with flying cars full of monkeys crashing into the twin towers. There are simply far too many niggers for future cars. Even if the car was electric, there's still niggers crashing into the twin towers. Population control. Sooner reigning in opposing dissidents where there is a greater chance of major conflict today than in previous history. Combined into populations in increasing unrest. You literally couldn't bring out the robots. They would send society into collapse.

The pandemic was simply a catalyst. It forced change until any future isn't looking good.

The weather you have assumed is Mayan sacrifices. Lockdowns, vaccine passports, restrictions. The population would implode. If it does, collapse occurs. Why not just War? It use to be simpler, more opportunity and gain, but not entirely today with nukes. Meanwhile if the weather hits in greater extremes, the population implodes while also under forced restrictions. Why not just War. At this point they still think they can control it? By forcing it with this pandemic. Because they cannot control modern war. As a result they force population control.
