That’s like saying, because our bodies are mostly comprised of water, therefore we can’t drown.
I mean… I’m pretty sure when they talk about reducing carbon emissions, they mean carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. It’s a short form.
ALL life, plant and animal on earth, is carbon based. I think it’s quite the stretch to presume that are literally talking about reducing all forms of animal and plant life on earth,
