Try using MSG in your cooking. You can find it in the spice aisle. My sense of taste and smell have improved. USE it sparingly. Not sure why this got such a bad wrap.

It's literally a flavor enhancer. Causes problems in some people (irritability is one I know first hand)
It's in a lot of stuff people don't even know about, like soup.
Was not aware it was in fish and what not. Supposedly misty off the way thei make it is by separating it from plants and concentrating it... so a lot of foods thatsay natural flavoring on the ingredients have MSG
If I owned a “soup” company, it would be in everything.
dr Russell blaylock talks about msg and other neuro(forget the rest of the phrase).
it's not good stuff. it's in absolutely everything. one dr said MSG would make dirt taste good.
I might go buy some just to make food taste better in our upcoming fake famine.
Been using it for about a week now. No headaches. It’s pretty potent. I’ve only been adding half of what’s recommended... The directions say 1/2 teaspoon per pound of meat, and 1/2 teaspoon for each 4 to 6 servings of soups, stews, casseroles, sauces, salads and vegetables. Then reduce the salt in the recipe by the amount of MSG added. It makes a noticeable difference, for the better, for what it’s worth.
Some people claim they get headaches from the stuff.
Is this real? I don’t believe you.
