mRNA and LNP are different things.

mRNA is what is produced and LNP are the vessel to cross the lipid cell walls.

LNP's are found everywhere in the body post vaccine as they are not breaking down like they should.

I'm not even sure cell mRNA can leave the cell.

AFAIK no-one knows how prions form. The word "Prion" is not even found in the document linked. It's a good document and worth reading through but doesn't mention Prions.
