I don't have the full clip, I just found this on telegram. Not quite clear what he's talking about here. But any trial participants who received placebo's during the sham "vaccine trials" for the Gene therapy shots, were offered the vaccine quite a while ago, after the initial phase of the trial, and 95% of them took it. So there is no trial placebo groups anymore.
