Has anyone found a recent dosage chart for the Ivermectin/HCQ treatment in case of the Chinese cold?

It is suspiciously impossible to find online, and I have a personal thought that they are going to release “the real one” soon. In case that happens, I wouldn’t mind having a small stock of said treatments and dosages for them.

Has anyone come across this?
