I was thinking about the smart meters too because right after Texas was doing this, I saw a lot of ads for smart meters for California to prevent blackouts. This was also right after the globalists said they would shut down the electrical grids.

I'm in CA. We've had smart meters for years. Trust me, smart meters do NOT prevent blackouts here in CA. Blackouts are a big problem for us!
