Windows 10 LTSC "Long Term Service Chain" - no microsoft store, no edge browser, no cortana - keylogging etc. Can be force downloaded from microsoft, there is a reddit thread on this. Been running for a couple of years - Gaming only. Have not deep dived on telemetry cause Windows box hardly touches the internet. Linux Mint, Manjaro, Dietpi otherwise.
