I have other reasons for ignoring that, and a Christianity is perhaps the most anthropomorphic of all religions. It is like throwing stones when you yourself are in a glass house. It is in my opinion one of the greatest flaws of Christianity.
An omnipotent dude who created everything (and man in his image) and watches everything you do and judges you on it is irrefutably more anthropomorphic than some embryonic concept that life is emergent or that the universe may seek an eye to view itself.
If I was you I would not wade into any existential debates waving anthropomorphism around as a defense of Christianity.
That said i guess you are right in that nature is a word and a concept created by humans. I however, am not really talking about words or language but a concept you and I will probably never agree upon because of ideological differences. No harm - no foul.
