Yeah, I think I remember discussing this point about it seeming forced or rushed with you in a thread back on Peddit.

I agree completely That it always felt like it was moved up the timeline somehow, for some reason.

I still think the Defender Europe exercise in March 2020 may have been a tool used to force their hand, making the EU pedos shut everything down in a panic move.
