I think that's just for Japan.

It doesn't make sense to specifically have vaccine recipients to donate this type of plasma since it doesn't work.....
But why would they be barred from it?

I would like to know Who determines ‘symptom free’. Seems kinda important. As a lay person I might overlook a mini ischemic stroke but whaddo I know!
