Upvoted, but I have one criticism. The cops are talking about people in bike gangs. Motorcycle clubs are in reality gangs. These aren't just ordinary citizens. They're criminals. They're thugs, and gangsters. Cops hate thugs, and gangsters. So, I'll say IDGAF what they've said.
Exactly. Police are basically the biggest gang with some rules. That's the point. Because if you don't have a big gang that regulates other gangs, you get anarchy and cartels. They deal with the worst of the worst every day, so don't expect them to act like namby pambies. Stereotypes don't exist because cops have overactive imaginations. Look at the crime statistics and it starts to make sense. Many biker gangs are violent, cook meth and are small time arms dealers. If a demographic is extraordinarily criminal or violent compared to the average person, cops are going to be more aggressive with them. If they don't they put themselves in danger.
