Can't find the TOS not buying it still.
https://www.latam.com/en_ue/transparency/airport-transport-agreement-conditions/
Here's their contract of carriage.
Section "2.2 The agreed upon layovers are those mentioned in the Transportation Ticket of those indicated in the itineraries of the Carrier as stopovers scheduled in the passenger's route. The transportation to be realized in virtue of this contract by several carriers, successively, will be considered as a single operation." "2.7 In case of necessity (including but not limited to an unforeseen circumstance or "force majeure"), the Carrier can cancel the operation, be replaced by other carriers and or change the aircraft assigned to the operation and or change or omit stops indicated in the Ticket if necessary. The Carrier does not assume the responsibility of guaranteeing the connections contracted by a passenger with third parties."
I'm not buying still. Basically they have a disclaimer flight may change stops or stopovers basically at will, or even they may use third parties and even if they change the flight itenerarie "change or omit stops". Also read the consumer report on latam you'll see they have horrible reviews. Not buying it.
