Gates has said he wants to make vax mosquitoes. Florida has released GMO mosquitoes. Now Trump wants to leave Florida for New Jersey during mosquito season as the gene therapies are rapidly increasing.

He probably left to avoid getting injected with a real gene therapy.

So non-GMO mosquitoes have stopped transferring blood and diseases? That's not what that article says.
