Estrogen, no good food for man. But same problem face vegetarian men eating soja. Only soja sauce is different, because it is fermented.
If men have no rocket at night, big problem! You then are a candidate for heart attack or stroke.
Good food for real men is the 5G:
Garlic, Ginger, Ginko leaves, Green tea and Ginseng.
This is not my recipe, but from a Vietnam Vet, who could not perform in a Saigon brothel. They gave him that soup, and all changed.
You get better and thinner blood.
You can also use Aspirin, but not more than 100mg per day. Donald Trump takes 72mg a day, afaik.
Green tea with ginger is pretty good
