Hell if you search for something like the "Wyoming Vaccine card" and then use the cached version.. you can download the pdf right from the state.

put some numbers on it sign it by Dr Feelgood and laminate it. and put that shit on a lanyard. and Refuse anyone wanting to touch it as you can still get Covid. soyou know stay 6 feet back. heh
