It depends on your aerobic fitness and RHR. Back when I was in the RA with 42-45 bpm resting, I only hit about 100-120 when doing a 4-5 mile run at 7-8 mins/mile. Could probably get up above 200 while doing 30/60's but sprints are different than running for endurance training.
