To be fair quite a bit of conspiracy surrounding her floating around compared to facts - though much of it is true. But yes, Winnie is IMHO an evil person. It's rather telling that Nelson Mandela, a man who was able to reconcile with the people who jailed him for 27 years, couldn't put up with two years with her after he was released.
And with that being said IMO, Mandela should have never gotten the Nobel peace prize. He was a murderer, and was rightfully imprisoned.

No sorry.. im pretty sure it goes more like lack of education and low personal risk perception are the main reasons for not using a condom.
