Well my experience is that I am a human. When I claim my rights I have them. This is my duty under God. When a peace officer, or police officer as those who have no rights call them, talks to me, he also acknowledges my rights and leaves me alone, as that is his or her duty. You obviously have never tried to claim your human rights, probably because you don't know how. If you're in the UK, CA, AUS, or the USA, common law and human rights do exist. Though this is not sovereignty and I'm not talking about that. This is common law and basic human rights. I personally have stories and have friends with stories of claim of rights and cop avoidance. The nuances are different in each country and then I have found different states have different levels of awareness. So learn how to claim your rights based on where you are but my state's peace officers acknowledge the claimed rights of the common law citizen of the state. They are a myth however if you don't know how to claim them and don't believe you have any because you've believed the myths of your elders. Then of course you have no human rights, you're not a human by government standards because you haven't told them you are. The default status is that of an indigent child who ignorantly represents their legal fiction. Government grant's right to children and charges their legal fiction for breaking Commerce law not common law. These adult children unknowingly step into a legal game they don't even realize they could opt out of if they knew how. Why do you think they call it a court? But thats the way rights work, it's the duty of the human to claim them and insist it is their duty to do so over pain of trespass or perhaps death. To not consent to represent their legal fiction in commerce law, instead claim their right to be human under common law as it is their duty. I protect my human rights with my life and law suits. I can charge whatever I want when they trespass on my time and so the state gives strict orders not to interfere with common law citizens like me.

So in Australia you can align yourself with the aboriginal law and remove yourself from there jurisdiction that way. In Canada it's the freeman society, the UK is similar with common law, in the US every state has a separate constitution which you would need to align yourself with by claim of right as a citizen of that state, as apposed to a citizen of the United States for example which grant d no human rights. So yes your rights are dependent on your state constitution as well as the society that inforces that constitution and you willingness to claim them. You obviously have no idea how to claim your rights.
Again this is to long to read. If there was suck a thing as "human rights" how can people be killed for being gay? In many countries or for being a Christian? Do you have the same human rights in China? In tribs along the amazon River? In Kenya? Dude its a myth . Human rights is a myth its not real., didn't the whole world put the people under house arrest? People who haven't done anything wrong? Are they not forcing people in France to take a experimental gene therapy that they call a vaccine? Human rights is the biggest trick on us
