Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

In the above photographs, we have clearly documented evidence of treason, which is, giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

"The Enemy", in this act of treason, is Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Marathon Bombers, who is laying inside the boat.

"Aid", in this act of treason, would be the ladder, and the hatch, that was cut into the boat cover, to "aid" the escape of "the enemy", who had just levied war against the USA.

"Comfort", in this act of treason, would be the fact that the boat was heated, to "comfort" "the enemy", as clearly shown in the upper photographs. Compare the images of the heated buildings, the chimney, the leaky windows and doors, and ask yourself if a man can warm up a cold boat with his body heat alone.

The Boston Marathon Bombing was a DHS Operation Urban Shield sponsored mass casualty drill, and FEMA deputy administrator Richard Serino was the incident commander.

Joe Biden was in Richard Serino's chain of command at the time of this treason.
