We are told that we only have tides in the oceans and seas because of the moon so why do we only see the moon once a day but we have two tides?

You can predict the ties by noting donw the times over a month year and work out what's coming. It's easy.
Your theory doesn't make any sense since you have to guess where the moon will be in a years time to predict the tides.
Also you can predict the moons position by knowing the tides : 100% correct.
Are you saying the moon has a gravity pill? Gravity is a thing that's thought its not real its just a Theory and has never been proven. Never in fact it kind of has been disproven in many tests.
