I've no idea why the fuck they got pardons. Somehow I doubt trump personally compiled that list, but he had a nasty habit of signing whatever was on his desk.

Not sure who the other guy is, but Lil Wayne was targetted specifically because he supported Trump. Pardoning him for having a gun is perfectly fibe to me. I would have preferred an Assange and Snowden pardon as well. Besides, Assange would still be captive even if the US pardoned him.
