I'm sure if your job is to pop a president you can find a place to set it up.its not like he did it spur of the moment.a bit of latent talent would help but it's not a feat of marksmanship you could not train to pull off.
Remember his head went back and to the left. This picture shows you that the bullet would have entered from behind if shot from that angle. The shooter would have probably been around the bottom of the parking lot on the left hand side of the picture, or maybe the grass below.

I would not be surprised if more than one shooter.i think oswald did it but figure a big deal like that you may want insurance
