They are like Jon Snow from Game of Thrones - they know still almost nothing really.
Example how Russians do militarized memetics - watch carefully but not believe those half-truths because is Russian propaganda:

masterpiece.

Those video above is about half truths, view from one side mobilizing in fact also those who not liked results of transformation to market economy (which indeed had its disadvantages for some hard working people too)... It became viral a bit but fortunately that not got fully to target group and not demanded action. It don't needed believers,it already has them before...
Does it pass to their theory ? That is how it could be done well... Military memetics. By Russians.Light years before american one.
This presentation is tip of iceberg really,it is teaching kid to be mechanical using only hammer and screwdriver. Presentation full of text, poor in ideas. Low memetic potential, boring. It is failure really. 150 pages ? being 90% of unnecessary text. What to say else...
At influencing culture (it isn't so quick and easy !) and mentioning "to fight enemy intelligence operations" they are right a bit,but they don't have more clues than those usual ones how to do it... Some "metrics" ? Oh,good, nice to see it but still only clues what to measure (if he isn't wrong what to measure)...
Some quotes from manuals about psychological operations ? Man they shall know it... Repeated bullshit myth of "wiping old ideas" before "programming" person (not too much Mk-ultra CIA morons ?).Yawn...
They asked amateur or intelligence not shared its toys,or they are really such stupid ? Or it is civilian presentation. Memetics is job and part of intelligence and counter-intelligence in fact, and if deep state not understand its use - it is good.
Maybe it is truth looking at those shit ? I don't know. Those summit looks legit...
Beginning - theory - is even not so bad,but the rest... I am engineer but I know a bit - maybe at the level of marketing first year student and simply I see - this moron Dr Finkelstein not researched it enough and made it too long.
However because I am less and less sure about Q I don't know if explaining more about meme war would be good or not. Deep state watch us...
This things in those presentation are of course bit right. But are only tip of iceberg. They are right about getting believers, about recruiting them for the idea... But it is like droping moab or "little boy" on the city. Not mentioning way to disarm it or secure against it a bit... It is right that Q can be operation of military (or marketing). It is right that even Trump used good marketing being simillar to that in 2016. Even better one was those video in 2020 with BLM violence, but it was not made popular and strong enough to become powerful-enough "propaganda".
I stumbled upon this a while back and never saw much discussion of it anywhere. What are your guys' thoughts?
