I stumbled upon this a while back and never saw much discussion of it anywhere. What are your guys' thoughts?
Makes me think of Q and anons.
Military Intelligence asking for a meme army doing research and spreading it.
Perhaps the only way to engender more support for the military? A lot of people were feeling disillusioned prior to that, endless foreign wars, etc.
