I have no idea what this was, but it is not a genuine cloud chamber. First of all, cloud chambers do not have 'winds' blowing clouds in them. Second, they do not have what looks like dirt in them. I doubt this was in a Los Alamos lab.
It's not clear in this video. But in another video I saw some curve line reactions in the cloud. Are these the antimatter reactions? Element 115 should emit some kind of antimatter reaction. Otherwise it's useless. https://conspiracies.win/p/12hRj4OiI5/
Well, in a cloud chamber, any curved particle traces have to come from a magnetic field, and they identify the movement of a charged particle. As for Element 115 emitting antiparticles, such a substance would be radioactive and dangerous to be around without shielding. However, if it emits antiparticles it would be unstable and it would destroy itself. So the idea of the antiparticles seems not credible theory.
Bob Lazar said element 115 is a stable element. That explains why it is less radioactive.
The term 'stable' is in question here. Does stable mean does not do radioactive decay yet is susceptible to fission? The two are incompatible.
