Well, in a cloud chamber, any curved particle traces have to come from a magnetic field, and they identify the movement of a charged particle. As for Element 115 emitting antiparticles, such a substance would be radioactive and dangerous to be around without shielding. However, if it emits antiparticles it would be unstable and it would destroy itself. So the idea of the antiparticles seems not credible theory.
Bob Lazar said element 115 is a stable element. That explains why it is less radioactive.
The term 'stable' is in question here. Does stable mean does not do radioactive decay yet is susceptible to fission? The two are incompatible.
Element 115 defies thermodynamics laws, radioactive decay, fission, etc. but it is still stable. It works normally and provides energy. Bob Lazar said it is not naturally found on Earth. It's possible that aliens gave it to us. Watch this: https://conspiracies.win/p/12hRj5VSmk/bob-lazar-explaining-element-115/c/
