What will likely happen is a judge will dismiss teh case as frivilous waste of resources without even allowing it to see court or anyone to present evidence on the basis covid exists because people got sick and cdc said so and thus you cant sue to cdc to prove it exists. It's similar to holocaust or election fraud and other "indisputable facts".
