Free speech was unheard of just a few hundred years ago. Power was wrested from the hands of tyrants and given to the people. As a result, The People were given a true political voice of self determination. Impeachment is a political process. 67% ensures a just and popular decision in that political process. The Dems will not be happy till their implementation of democracy resembles 2 wolves and 1 sheep voting on what is for dinner.
