Is this normal for February? Would appreciate if anyone from or familiar with Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas can give insight as I'm wondering if this relates to global cooling (more in comment) (media.conspiracies.win)

Over all the weather around the globe has become anomalous but trending down. We have been smashing records all over the world, records last set a 100 years ago. So it is getting cooler, which is normal but one year's weather my not be noticeably different then the next. Like the frog who doesn't know their in a freezing pond, no one may notice a big change. A few growing days here and a few growing days their however means the little changes will have a big impact on society excess food. How we will notice it is rising food prices and shortages of normally available products. Adapt2030 has a good podcast on the topic.
