Complicated question. My current belief is that everyone and everything exists with the potential for 50/50 good/evil. And within individuals there are varying ratios of the good/evil.
If I had to guess, I'd say 80% of people are in an ignorant balance of good and evil. 10% are predominantly good, and 10% are predominantly evil.
If you're thinking it's 90% good, then you're probably only seeing the superficial behaviors that people display in social contexts. There are hidden evils like greed, perversion, sloth, etc, and they don't reveal themselves unless the going gets rough.
